Are you asking if its priced right or if you should trade? I think its going to be on you to decide but my advice is to consider why you would upgrade, new costs of ownership including insurance, gas, repairs and maintenance. I have driven the tundra and although I like the power, I don't need that much. My taco gets me where I need to go, gas is more affordable for a mid size truck, tows as much as I have needed and looks better imo.

What's the 23k? Any custom mod on the tundra and your taco?

Sure you want to do that? Higher gas prices... you know what you have now and if there are any problems. You better check that tundra out good before you do. When I bought my new tundra the used ones were about the same price also. Does your taco have the take off vibration? Also... the tundra is an off road right, is it 4x4? The reason I ask is they make tundra trd off roads that are only 4x2... just check it out and make sure that's what you want to do. I freaking love my tundra
