Called my local GNC. They will price match and take another dollar off any advertised online price for a product.

Picked up whey protein. Looking forward to getting knee deep in my health. If you guys have interest in fat, weird looking dudes then I will update here as things progress.

And the occasional dumb questions you guys probably hate answering..

my split is usually around 1:55, but eating right before rowing was such a bad fucking idea. was dry heaving the rest of the night around the gym. lol

Just watch out for GNC; they'll have you spending money on a bunch of crap you don't need. I see it happen a lot around here. They're as bad as car salesmen lol.

 

They talked to me about other stuff but it was quick and easy. Gave me a sample of Hydroxycut Extreme or some shit, and sent me on my way.

Well that's good. I don't know what it is about the ones around here. Every time I go in there, they're like, "Oh man, you're not taking BCAA's, ZMA, amino acids, glutamine, flaxseed, fiber, CLA, tribulus, HMB, cgt-10, nitrous oxide, l-carnitine, thermogentikcs, or melatonin?! What's wrong with you, man!? You gotta take that stuff!"

And 9 times out of 10, the person is 140 lbs. soaking wet lol.

Watch out for that hydroxycut bull crap... sooo bad for you, and it has trace elements found in meth.. basically a buddy of mine was going to take it and the flight doc (army) said itll flag him for taking narcotics... Just dont take any short cuts and youll enjoy the results even more!

For those of yall that have costco memberships, C4 2 pack is on sale right now for 30 dollars. thats 15 bucks a tub, a steal IMO

 

I love the rower. It pays to be tall and lanky on that. I did a 2k a few weeks ago and got 7:10, would have gone under 7 but I had to do 200 double unders after, so I held back a little.

 

Haha no disrespect. I used to be 140! Much disrespect to the 140 lb. guys in GNC who've never stepped foot in a gym, though lol.
