You're adding weight to the outside of the wheel, of course you want to balance them with the rings on. Otherwise...you would be 'Out of balance'...heyyyoooooo

 

So the weight goes under the ring. Wouldn't want it pinching it I wouldn't think.

 

Hey man, how much did the Road armor plate bumper cost you?

 

Shouldn't be any weights on the front...usually they do it on the backside...front weights are just ugly. A good tire place will be able to put weights on the back side to offset the ring weight and you'll be balanced.

 

x2 where are you taking your truck?, I have NO weights on any outside part of my wheels they are mounted on the inside of the rim

 

I had the tire place by my house put some on the front and I haven't been back since. He said a "true" balance has weights on the front. I was like...really...because every tire i've ever had balanced just fine without weights on the front. GTFO.

 

I understand Cali prices are higher. But what the f%ck.

 

looks like mine hehe... 39000 is way to much even if it is fully loaded with entune etc.. i got mine for 34 they are asking too much

 

I got mine for 28.5k, tax and title put it at like 30k i think...just because of stupid stuff that happened. but final contract was for that

 

I guess Baja is an excuse to charge an additional 10k though

 

A shop by my work. I will ask for the weights to be put in the back and see how it goes.

Hahah I did the same shit. Zero research. Almost picked up a 2010 4x4 sport, went on a 30 day deployment, dealer said they'd hold it, never did, came back and they pushed the TX-PRo (2WD, I didn't know any better at the time) on me and I was dazzled by shiny stickers and rims. Now I'm looking into 4x4 conversions or trading in later for 4x4

Been looking around on the forum for a while...I have a 13 TX Pro..I have some Toyo MT 265/75 16 for it but not installed yet...Any issues with no lift? I'm wanting to put a small lift but not sure what brand...really only lookin for no more than maybe 2in.
