    Has anyone put in switches like this under the a/c controls, want to get a few and hope they fit. Kinda tacky but I was just gonna label them as fun switches like "NOS" "EJECT" "MISSLES" and just watch passengers get curious and even flip them! :D

    Do you mean cut the plastic on the switch or cut the plastic on the blank to fit it? cause I don't mind utilizing the blanks to make it look clean.

    You would have to cut that actual housing. Pretty much any switch is going to be larger than the blank.

    That switch is too big to fit behind the blank. You wouldnt be able to pop it back in.
