If I had a turbo diesel Tacoma, I would certainly roll coal in it. The bed stacks are a definate no, but rollin coal is a yes.

Just to be clear, I have utter disdain for faggy, smug, environmentalist, liberal, self-righteous, holier-than-thou, douchebags and I make no attempt to hide it, or apologize for it. Driving a pious does not make one that... but seems more often than not it's a revered car by that circle.

lol, Matt and Trey do commentary on all their episodes, that one is real good!

They mention that in their research for the episode they found that the normal looking hybrids don't sell nearly as well, as most people want others to know they're driving a hybrid.

But really driving a prius, owning a prius, doesn't make you anything, doesn't amount to much, it's your attitude about the whole affair.

You know I like you doording, even if I am a FDB. :p

I bet no more than 20% of Taco sales will be the diesel, if offered.

GMC is trying to cut into Taco sales with their diesel option for 2015, so maybe Toyota will respond to counteract that, it won't take too much effort for them to do so and you'll get your wish.

That prototype GMC Canyon diesel I saw the other day sure needs some more work on it. Thing was doing 55 mph in a 65 mph zone climbing up the Divide and blowing white smoke out of the tailpipe periodically. I could have run circles around it in the 4.0. I blasted by it at 70 in 5th, saw it and downshifted to 4th to take a second look, went back and forth a little bit taking a look at it, then promptly accelerated easily back to 70 and upshifted to 5th. Could a D4D Tacoma do what I did that day? Doubtful.
