So people can check out your sweet kicks?[/QUOTE]

DAMN!!! That is Crazy! I'll have to share one from my work this week :)

Day before my birthday which is also Kickoff of our final Farewell season at the stick, against the Packers! 12th man better be strong

This is right by my cousins house, and one of my friends cabins is getting scary close to the flames, I was just in Long Barn last month. I hope and pray everyone stays safe, and I am not religious. Fire is scary shit, it has a mind of its own, and it wins vs just about anything.

The ONE OFF Centennial Zagato. It was designed by Zagato as a special anniversary design, based off a DB9, all parts were made over the pond to fit the chassis, shipped to the US, and finished and fitted in Sonoma County, to the tune of 2.5-3.5 million dollars. The donor car was 200k to begin with. I would take a DBS Ultimate edition any day over that though

We had 3 DBS at the same time and a nice Rapide or two. We should have new Vanquish in next week or so. My Girl works at our body shop, and she had a couple McLarens, half a dozen R8 v10s, some bentleys, and a few teslas today :) I get to drive hella nice toys. Sometimes I have to drive them home... it's rough

Changing the subject, my family is here to visit and they want to see some redwoods. I know Muir Woods is super touristy but is also super convenient. They mentioned Calaveras Big Trees, but I can't remember if it was already smokey by the time we got up there. And it seemed a little more of a drive. They would really like to see some that you could walk/drive through has anyone been to any within 2 hour drive? That hasn't caught fire yet?

You could hit Big Basin. It's on the coast. No fire.

Head north... Muir is aight, but tourist trap fo sho.
Check out Armstrong redwoods in Guerneville, or if you're not afraid of a bit of a drive make the haul up to Mendocino county. west out through Anderson Valley to Hendy Woods, or straight up 101 to Leggett. Standish Hickey SP. all these will be nowhere near the fire, and you'll def get your huge trees fix...

Then there's always Humboldt... But you were talking 2 hr drive...

I second Big Basin. Very beautiful. Close to a 2hr drive for you, though, I think. If you want to camp overnight there then try during the week. My buddy and I tried just showing up and getting a spot but it was a Saturday night and all the spots were filled by reservations. We ended up going up to Castle Rock and packing in for the night. It was about a 3 mile hike to the campground and we weren't expecting to pack in, but luckily I had my backpacking pack and a backpacking stove so we were fine.
Plus, if you stay there it's $15 and then you can show the Big Basin rangers your ticket stub from camping and get free parking at the central redwoods area, which is otherwise $10.

Pictures: The first three are the main basin, the 4th is a waterfall off of skyline to sea trail, I think, about 3 miles hike from the main basin, the 5th is the view from up at Castle Rock

LOL neck breaker. About to dip my whole car, planning on picking up 1-2 gallons of white and 1 of clear. Any idea of what I should use to spray? I have a compressor, I was thinking of just picking up hvlp gun from Home Depot and shooting but im afraid the plasti dip is too thick

Big Basin is great, Armstrong Woods for family camping is pretty good and now that school starts, Bullfrog Pond should be fairly quiet.

Me and a buddy hit Bullfrog Pond during the week right before the season started and it was completely to ourselves except one other campsite on the far opposite side. Good hiking, beautiful scenery. Mosquitoes will be out in force, though, so prepare for that if you go anywhere, especially Bullfrog Pond at Armstrong Woods.

The regular sprayers will work. It's not that much thicker than the primer/paint combo's that guys shoot through sprayers these days.
