She was issued to me. Just not by the Marine Corps, I wouldn't want a girl from the Marines. They're my sisters and that shit is gross! She was issued to me by God for a reason.

Tell her we forgive her for being National Guard

Ancient Chinese secret. I could tell you but then I would have to kill you.

I dated a few ladies who were Marines. I certainly didn't feel like they were my sister in THAT way. Hahaha.

It probably is not as bad as it was when I was in, but I know that they REALLY frown on officers and enlisted being married, even if separate branches of service. One couple I knew who got married got seriously f-ed with for a long time.

Actually that all depends. If you are married, then they tend to be more accepting, but if you are dating, and then she became an officer, they could take you both to Captain's Mast if you continued to date. Yeah it seems stupid, but the rules are still there at least in the Marines. I know when I was a Sgt and took a female Lance Corporal on a date, I was called before the Major and was politely told that I was to not date her again until she became an NCO, and that if I was Staff Sgt, then we couldn't date until she was a Sgt. They were REALLY strict about dating in the Marines.

You still have to finish your contract though! lol. A lat move to MP or staying in airframe where you are would both give you great opportunities in the civilian sector in the future. A lot of city, county, and state police hire military and former military MPs. And a large number of aircraft manufacturers love to hire former military as well. Personally when I joined I wanted to do something that you wouldn't typically see in the civilian world, so I chose to be a tank mechanic. lol.

I wish I could. Sundays are always a better day for me. It takes a lot to shut down the shop on a Saturday.
