hell of a deal on those dude! And km2s are one of the best all around tires on the market. Street and offroad. Of coarse this is all just an opinion but I personally haven't had or been shown a better tire for street driving combined with excellent offroad ability

Isn't that where that photo was taken? Shit we used to hit 60 in my Talon. One of the "straights" we hit over 100.

Keep in mind that Talon had could go 0-60 in 4.2 and had an extremely upgraded transmission, coilovers and a decent driver. I've driven that stretch of road probably thirty or forty times.

Look at this map, between Leo's Lair AKA Lil Whip and Triple Apex Corner you can see the whole road open way up in front of you because the brush was cut way back. To hit that speed you had to cross the double yellow. It was in winter and like I said you could see half a mile in front when I crossed the double yellow.

I need to drive this road now! My frs is crying just chillin in my garage, waiting to be driven to the limit. I been practicing my drifting, getting a feel for the car, and it has gorgeous control. Very predictable and never feels unsettled. Has a little understeer entering corners but stiffer dampening would fix that no problem.
Sooooooooooo when's that trip happening?

Some drunk dumbass backed into the FJ last night...I have a scuff in the paint on the rear bumper. About 50 people watched my FJ big dick this kids jeep cherokee, it was great.

 

Hahaha that's badass!! What a fuck tard! And that reminds me of this guy who decided to rear end me at about 20mph on the interstate when I was stopped. He pushed me about 2' forward and chipped like a 1/4" spot of paint off my bumper. I drove to work once the officer got my info. He had his car towed. Cause it crushed his hood onto his motor and it wouldnt crank again for some reason. Lol

 

Thats also the stock turbo. But the new one wasn't much bigger. But.....it would spool to 27psi hehehe.

 

For daily driving, you had a good setup then. Big turbos make big power but take a lot longer to spool and are a lot harder to predict. Def a small turbo setup for a street car is the way to go, especially if its not a highway queen.

 

Really wish I didn't sell it. But I wanted to treat the wife to something nice for our honeymoon.

 

Flexin the truck all I could in the drive way. Not to bad. You can tell I have the 886 coils up front with no extra weight up there yet. Need bigger tires.
