Nope not stated since day 1 (web page changed sometime after the calls started coming in I'm sure) as I found others had the same issue. Guess its its just a coincidence. Nice try!

Once again you are putting out incorrect information ... the only thing we added to our website was making an additional note of "MOOG" not fitting to reinforce the need to use OEM parts. The text I posted above noting "OEM Toyota" ball-joints was in the original product information I typed up for the press release before it was copied and pasted onto our website. This product description noting "OEM Toyota" ball-joints was written on March 23, 2009 at 3:49pm.

Nice try though ..... please get your facts straight before discrediting our product, it's wasting my time and the others reading this thread.

I remember back in 2010 they stated not to use moog joints. Has been on their website forever.

Those caps are for the ball joint arms.

Uniball caps would require us to make new cups to run the caps with. Its not something that customers that currently have our uniball arms could run.you cannot retro fit them either.

Badgers, I don't need no stinking Badgers.
I seem to recall reading on the camburg site that Moog ball joint would work with your stock "style" ball joint UCA. I guess I may be hallucinating....

To be fair I think it may have been on a site of someone selling them, not from the actual camburg site... sorry

This is exactly why in most cases its better just to eat shit and cut your loses and move on. The customer is always right regardless and arguing with them is useless.

    Employee says to customer....
I am sorry you had some difficulty with your installation and thus damaged the UCAs. Tell you what, let me see what we can do to get another pair out to you ASAP. As a side note I believe the issue is with the moog balljoints, unfortunately their tolerances are not as tight and so fitment has been an issue, this is something we have become aware of and will be updating our site to possibly be more clear on this. Though we did make an attempt to do just this, it could maybe be written more clear to emphasize not to use moog balljoints.

    Customer responds...
Well you guys Rock, Camburg is number one in my book. That's great you are going to help me out.

Customer spreads the word about how great Camburg was with customer service and all is good.

    The End
