Well I figured after owning my truck for over a year now that it was time to start a build thread. The mods have not stopped and have a long wish list. I bought it used from a lady that owned it since new. It is a 2005 tacoma sport that had only 56,000miles on it. Ive lost alot of photos over the year but ill post them as I find them.

Did you buy or make that Shifter its awesome

 

I made it. Grabbed some spare pipe and made a quick mount inside the pipe to thread on the shifter. Than put the grip over the pipe. Pro taper liked the idea too.

Ya Ive been debating ditching mine and getting him to make one with a bit more of an angle on the skid like yours.

 

Thats exactly how we designed it. I told him I wanted more of an angle than some of the flat ones I've seen. With the sheet metal on top its just super clean looking.
