Good man! Yeah we measured another 98 degrees without kids again. Poudre districts closed for tomorrow but we got an email stating that we would for sure be going tomorrow  oh well, IT'S FRIDAY BITCHES!
But seriously the new setup is awesome. Big lab room, decent schedule, good teaching partner, it's great. Should be much less stressful when the fetus pops out in a week or two.

If they let me into schools to do business, they will probably let you, I'm gonna tell the Campus cop to keep an eye on you!

Interesting ride into work this morning...

Think maybe I blew a head gasket on the drz?

Lot's of smoke and oil everywhere.

Motorcycles are a lot more fun when they're running. Too heavy to push.

Yeah, only the largest in the state and one of the (if not the) largest in the nation. But you know, no big deal. ;)

    F*%K HOA's.
I still haven't seen one that has done more real good than the trouble they have created. I will never own a home that is in an HOA.

    Fuck him.

I was VIP of the HOA board at our other house and it was the biggest joke ever. No real power to do anything yet all your neighbors think you can do anything they want and hate you personally when you choose not to. Most thankless volunteer job on the face of the earth. This guy can jump off a bridge.

All that being said, our current neighborhood has a great HOA actually. It's all based on your neighbors really and if you have shitty neighbors your HOA will suck since it's an association created to govern over the home owners by the home owners.

I think a lot of HOAs get taken over (or given over) to "for profit" management companies that are ridiculous.

My biggest beef with mine is that "fines" are a significant line item in the yearly budget, meaning that if they don't fine x amount of people for x amount of dollars, they don't meet the budget. It results in a lot of BS if you ask me.

not how they should work. My condo in Auburn, AL is managed by a company who is in cahoots with a towing company. As a student I had to get our bylaws changed to call for towing only on game day weekends when parking is scarce. only half the units had permanent residents the other were only used as game day condos. Parking lot was empty except maybe 10 weekends a year. After they saw how i got that changed, they take care of business when i call. HOA managers can be your best friend, glad mine is on my side now that im 1500 miles away.
