No idea. Felt bad all day, taking my preworkout pushed it over the edge I guess. Mightve gotten food poisoning at lunch

I usually kickback 100lb dumbbells for chest day, couldn't even set 70's

Because torque converter. haha The torque converter allows us to get away with higher gear ratios than the manuals. And as long as you have the power to turn the wheels higher gears are faster. The lower the gear ratio the more speed you are trading for torque.

It's like a pulley system. A 2:1 pulley system you have to pull the rope twice as far as a 1:1 but the load feels half as heavy. So if you can only pull one foot of rope at a time the 1:1 can get the load up faster.

Besides once you guys get out of 1st and second your gears ratios get pretty similar. Mike's final drive ratio in top gear in 2/4Hi is 3.46:1 and Ben's and Monte's is 3.44:1. Pretty much the same ratio while at cruising speeds. If Mike drops to 3rd he goes to 4.88:1 and Monte and Ben drop to 4th they go to 4.10:1 so Mike is lower geared for the last two gears on both trannies.

 

No early classes? I guess I don't today either. I just had work from 8-12.

That kind of makes me want coffee, or a rockstar. I went from drinking 2-3 energy drinks a day to not having one for over 3 weeks now... I miss the taste of rockstars... and the benefits of caffeine... haha

up at 5 am daily, i usually have one coffee during breakfast, one on the way to work, a third when i sit down at my desk

when I was in college and uni I would have to be on the road BY 7 or I wouldnt make it, and most prof's the best time to get them about any advice about something you were confused about was from 7 am to 8:15am. No other students would be around


now after a night drinking yes made it very difficult, i honestly think drinking and waking up early is just a way to train yourself for being an adult in a working environment, everythings just a pissing match anyway out here

thats only 1 weekend a month. Then I have to be up by 5 to make formation at 7.
