Nice ill have to check it out. Ill support it for sure!! The good thing about the HOA in that area though is I don't have HOA dues to pay. They are paid in full by the builder up front and if we sell 1/2 of 1 % is paid by seller for the buyers dues.

I have my stock lugs with locks Ost.

But you got me thinking, I wonder if I need to keep 6 of them in the truck for the spare? The lugs on my truck now are the shank style for lugcentric mounting and I don't honestly know if I can use them to mount the spare or not. I guess I need to try that out.

I keep six lugs from my OEM wheels in my toolbox for that very reason. I've never tried the other ones on the spare, but I'd rather have them in there just for the feeling of security

You might want to look into that and make sure it doesn't change over after the builder no longer has a vested interest in the neighborhood. Usually they will fill the HOA board with residents at pre-determined points in the neighborhood's build-out. By the end the builder no longer has an interest and usually HOA fees go up. I don't know how you can manage to keep the budget balanced with that plan especially if resale #'s tank. There would be no more 1/2 of 1% being paid and eventually your reserves would he hashed.

Let me know. A guy bought my stock wheels/tires and doesn't have lugs. The stealership is trying to charge him $80 so I'm hoping to find a set that nobody is using to hook him up with. If ANYONE has some, let me know. Even if it isn't a complete set because if a few people have portions we can put together a complete set.

I asked about it but yeah no HOA dues are required. Even my friends who already live there said no dues out of their pockets.

 sweet! We're also getting 3 new ranges in the Springs soon. One in the Bass Pro Shop, another for Whistling Pines, and a friend of ours is building one. Gonna be epic. :D

My spare won't fit on the front :anonymous: I need to buy a bigger wheel. So if I ever get a flat in the front I have to take one off the back and put it on the front, then put the spare on.

OST ill have to look into the HOA thing but as of right now I don't have anything. I would not mind paying though as long as it up kept the neighborhood.

On a different note do you happen to know of any good furniture places. We went around to a few today. Like Scandinavian design, woodleys, lazy boy. Not looking to spend crazy amounts on couches but just looking for better quality than AFW.

Sofa Mart isn't bad. That set in our living room is from there. I love Scandinavian Design just hate their prices. IMO Lazy Boy's quality is not what they claim. I recall a place called Colorado Home that we saw recently on County Line. Haven't been in there yet but it might be worth a shot. Also WOW over by IKEA has some interesting stuff.

Same with my truck. Can't fit anything less than a 17 on the front.

    AFW is so cheap though.

We got our stuff at AFW. If you do your research you can get decent stuff there man. Do NOT buy anything made of Olifin. It takes dyes well so it's popular but it's garbage and will fall apart from anything short of letting it sit on the floor and looking at it from another seat. What I would recommend is Microfiber but you need to be careful here too because there are different versions. The version most are made of takes some fabric and they flog the microfiber onto it. So it looks & feels like microfiber but won't last like it. It will be the cheaper stuff and they call it all microfiber. Also, unless you're restricted by space pop for a 2nd sofa rather than a love seat. It's usually only like $40 more and gives either another seat or a surface long enough to lay down on. Get a good salesperson to show you the authentic microfiber that isn't flogged and then choose a style that you like within your budget. We went through a few things before we found what we have now. We've had it now for nearly 10 years and it's still flawless. We let our dogs jump all over it and play and fight and they even dig and not a single issue. I highly recommend that stuff.
