Depends how much lift you do. Up to about 2.5" you're good, past that UCAs are recommended. Caster affects the steering responsiveness, whether its twitchy/wanders, or it's lazy feeling. Also the 'return to center' of the steering as well

The reception isn't bad, but the little base ring and the antenna do not line up. The antenna itself actually turns into a copper color over a month or two. But, then again, I think it's only like $10 on eGay, so it's not a huge loss if you end up not liking it.

FYI, I threw it away and just took bolt cutters to my stock antenna to make it about 12''. Put some electrical tape on the end for aesthetics and so I don't poke myself while washing the truck and it works just fine.

Eric pretty much sums it up. Ive had my lift on with stock UCAs for about 6 months now, and it's tolerable. But like he said, up to 2 1/2". I'm throwing some top plate spacers and hopefully a plate bumper in the near(ish) future.

A Relentless rear bumper may have just fell into my lap:D

So, kinda a lot to do in September, before the camping trip.

Install front flares, UCAs, Top plate spacers, get proper alignment, and hopefully some relentless steel for my rear end.

Thats a pretty broad dent, could probably pop it out from the inside. The fenders are really weak, you can lean on them and they move out of alignment just from that.
Actually, funny thing, was building the front bumper for my GF's 4runner and the driver side wasnt lining up like the passenger side. I knew the plate was symmetrical, so I looked at the fender, the filler below the light looked like it was angled back a little and so I pressed on the fender above the flare near the back of the headlight. It moved the fender down about an inch and straightened the filler just by a gentle but firm push in the right place and now matches the passenger side again... thats how flexible and thin the fenders are. I bet you can pop that out.

Yeah I popped it out for the most part.. Unfortunately the pic doesn't show the knarley crease between the two dents.. Easily covered by the flares that are going on though.

Also, after I install the new UCAs, it looks like I'll definitely need a CMC VVV

Ok Front flares are done.. Except for two little clips on the drivers side. I need to work on the dent a bit more...

Thanks. I'm going to need the rears... Looks a little off with only fronts.

Now, Monday I will be doing UCAs and top plate spacers. Then off for an alignment.

Got a quote from 4wheel parts on a UCA install with alignment... No thanks, I could do a lot with that $900 "give or take."
