Put some blue LED Lights into the dash. I gotta say, i'm quite pleased with the result.

 

Ordered some tires today With the Discount tire Labor day rebate going on I couldnt pass up the price... and then I turned down replacement cert's and they offered them at 1/2 price. Hell ya I want them, that made it $17.50/tire for the cert's.

 

I have been thinking on doing this now that my stereo is that color display.

Where did you get the bulbs?

You just reminded me its been a year since I bought my tires.

Discount Tire is a good place to do business with anyway, then their Labor Day weekend sale is amazing.

I did exactly like you, after getting a really good price on a set of tires, turned down the replacement warranty offer and they counter offered the warranty at half price. A good deal became a great deal.

 

I've pretty much heard nothing but great things about em. I know who I'll contact to get my new tires

 

i think the diff drop may help with the vibes at 45-48. hopefulyl can install a ghetto drop before the campin trip. not sure about my 58-60 mph vibes though until i get a chance to check out ujoints and CB like monte suggested

 

Just installed some black TRD wheels that I spray painted and some new Kumho SAT KL16 tires! After this photo was taken I painted the center hubs to match!

That's specific for 2nd gens, because the 2nd gen bed is a little wider by an inch or so. If you have seen or know that it will fit on a 1st gen then let me know. I don't mind having to modify it if need be.

 

Has anyone measured or know if a 2004 Double Cab Short Bed has a different size bed than a 2001-2003 Double Cab Short Bed?

I know 2001-2004 is supposed to be basically the same but I'm hearing and reading that the 2004 bed is the same size as the 2nd gens. Not sure if this is true?

Also, does the 2004 have bed track system or was that only started in 2005 with the 2nd gens?
