Just got off the phone with All-Pro a little bit ago and I gotta say they are REALLY pissing me off and this is the last time I plan on doing business with them.

I ordered the Expedition Leaf Springs near the beginning of August and was informed they wouldn't be in stock until the 22nd... that's fine. I call back on the 22nd (maybe I was a little anxious, whatever) but they said they weren't in stock but would be in on Tuesday the 27th due to the shipping company being on strike - I say that sucks but shit happens so okay.

I call on the 27th, they give me the same excuse and say they will be in FOR SURE (again) tomorrow... I don't even call on the 28th, I just wait for the email. I get a little ticked off I don't see an email on the 28th or 29th so I call today and they say the 05'+ came in today but the 1st Generations won't be in until Tuesday.

This is by far the worst run in with a vendor I have ever had. I understand shit happens but please don't lead the customer on for over 2 weeks by giving him false shipping estimates multiple times.

Now I'm not asking for a hand out, but at least if they were to make me a happy camper they could have either:
a.) given me free shipping/some type of discount to make this PITA more worth it
or
b.) don't give an estimate until they know a FOR SURE date


I don't know if anyone else has experienced this with these leafs but jesus christo this is really chapping my arse

I don't think they owe you anything unless you paid for them already the first time you called.

If you haven't ordered any..they don't need to do anything for you really.

Shipping these days sucks. Shipping a bunch of heavy steel leafs..aint easy.

I wouldn't be that mad. Unless you have paid in full already.

Put some blue LED Lights into the dash. I gotta say, i'm quite pleased with the result.

 

Ordered some tires today With the Discount tire Labor day rebate going on I couldnt pass up the price... and then I turned down replacement cert's and they offered them at 1/2 price. Hell ya I want them, that made it $17.50/tire for the cert's.

 

I have been thinking on doing this now that my stereo is that color display.

Discount Tire is a good place to do business with anyway, then their Labor Day weekend sale is amazing.

I did exactly like you, after getting a really good price on a set of tires, turned down the replacement warranty offer and they counter offered the warranty at half price. A good deal became a great deal.
