A lot of it is in the whole milk, haha. Olive oil and mayonase are used pretty regularly in my cooking, as well as fish oil with my multi.

Ask a gym if they plan on replacing their mirrors any time soon. They may have a few broken ones they'll part with.

so jelous  garage gym is for sure my next investment, before i dropped my truck off to have more LT work done last month i thought about using the cash to order everything to make a full gym in my garage with all rogue stuff. Weights and all that are just super expensive priced out at about 5 grand to do everything i wanted so decided to put the cash into the Taco haha

my gym has alot of it but i tried looking at other brands that sell rubber plates and functional equipment was the only one i could really find and all the prices are super similar there too. Anyone know any company thats a good bit cheaper than Rogue? i figured Rogue just cuz its all like the same price and i might aswell use them cuz the name haha i know i can get rubber flooring from farm supply for a pretty reasonable price. just the price of bumper plates are whats killing me, shit even for a halfway decent bench/squat stand i cant find anything really under like 7-800 bucks

The gym I work at uses Universal and Hammer Strength. I don't know what the prices are, though.

What an idiot. He's probably related to this guy:
