Yeah Ill have to look at all those places. We have a bunch of AFW stuff in the house and its not great. I've been giving it away. My dresser in the spare room is falling apart and no one ever uses it. It just sits there.

Yep, tundra brakes.

Photoshoot went pretty good. Sun kept hiding but I think it came out just enough. Can't wait for November!

 

Kinda want to pick up this set of 35" Duratracs on CL this guy is selling for 150

When it comes to furniture, like most things, you get what you pay for. Cheap stuff is cheap stuff no matter where you go. For the record I would only buy probably 10% of what AFW sells so I'm not saying go in and buy whatever is on sale (everything) but if you do your research you can find good deals on quality furniture. For the record, my wife and I have K-Mart dressers x6 that were around $20 each. We've had them over a decade now and they've held up just fine. It just depends on what you get and how you treat it really. You can find quality stuff just about anywhere if you look hard enough. The more expensive places generally just have a higher percentage of quality stuff but even some expensive stuff is poorly made too so you have to be careful. How long you want to keep each piece is proportional to how much time you should invest researching each item. People will spend months and years researching cars that they only have a couple of years and then spend all of 10min looking at a couch that they expect to last a decade.

OST we have really expensive couches now from Ashley furniture and they are still great hold up to me, the big dogs I have, and the baby. I just want new stuff for the new house. The dresser that is falling apart has never been used. We don't even go in the guest room.

 

That's why I said most things. You're not always safe just spending lots of money.

 

It's worth it. Most people have really improved stopping. My braking is still a little wonky for some reason and I think the rear is causing it. I want to eventually get rear discs.

Yeah it's super concrete, it's an upgrade .

Nothing too exciting. More cleaning up, arranging and getting pics of stuff to put on Craigslist. I may have a beer or two to make things a little more interesting.
