    He did, but after the seller was already going to take my cash. The sale price agreed on was $450, then this guy rolls up and says he would give $600 as I'm trying to pay. The seller just turns around and takes the 600.

    Seems like a douche move from your position for sure, but I'd have done the same thing. 600 vs 450 is a good chunk of money. Also sounds like the other guy REALLY wanted the bike haha.

    I understand completely since I would do the same thing. The guy was asking $600 and I talked him down. It was definitely a one time deal so that's why I'm kinda bitter. It was easily worth over $1000.
