the court is to protect against any encroachment of Constitutionally secure rights
    -boyd v. u.s., 116 US 616

where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no legislation which would abrogate them.
    -miranda v. arizona, 384 US 436 (1966)

an unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as though it had never been passed.
    -norton v. shelby county, 118 US 425

The constitution is law and anything that infringes on it is not binding..

Like I said... I agree, but you are going to be fighting that from a 6x6ft room with only 3 walls. Hope you have a LOT of money, because that's what it's going to take.

There are a lot of people sitting in those rooms who are there because they stood up for their rights, and a lot of them have had poor legal defenses that have resulted in a lot of bad case law, which has made the work of the good legal teams that much harder.

And when you are ultimately unsuccessful, you will be stripped of your gun rights for life.
Just saying "anything that infringes on it is not binding" does not preclude the legal process, and we have the best justice system money can buy.

I have some catching up to do with this thread :) Not all within 48 hours but pretty recent.
    Mosin Nagant 91/30
1/2 crate of Mosin surplus ammo
5 stripper clips for the Mosin
Ultimate reloader for Ruger MK iii
Few hundred rounds of .22lr I was finally able to find at a local store
Precision Tactical SR22 Mag extenders, mags will now hold 13 rounds
And I made a pretty nice ammo closet out of some old kitchen cabinets :)

On the horizon, debating some new goodies for one of my pistols...

I paid $165 for mine. You can get them cheaper but I'm not real savvy buying used guns so I paid a little more but purchased it through a reputable local dealership. Probably overpaid but I like the piece of mind

It was soaked in cosmoline when I got it and I actually enjoyed tearing it down and cleaning it up. Still need to officially break her in though. Haven't been able to get to a rifle range lately...

Can't go wrong with a Mosin. Relatively cheap ammo, very accurate and you could hunt anything in North America with the thing. A hoot to shoot. Good luck with it.

Thanks! Can't wait to stretch her legs, already got plans for this thing :)

Unfortunately, I can't hunt with it in MA, shotgun only... Hopefully I can get it across one of the state's boarders and hunt something big :D

Just found 12 boxes of Federal 9mm on the shelf at Wally World for $14.xx per box of 50. Been a while since that happened. Scooped it all up to add to the stash.

    Rifles are fun tho.

Got my eyes on an LWRCI M6A2, but need to save some $$ first. They 'spensive.
