Well I wasn't allowed to Plasti Dip(PD) the cat. So I highly doubt I am going to be allowed to paint them.

How many cans of paint and primer did you use to do this project?

If there is I've never seen it. Not to say it's not out there but primer serves 2 purposes. It gives the paint something to stick to and also allows you to see any imperfections that need to be taken care of before you spray your final coat.

The reason why I ask is because what if the Primer was darker than the color that you were using to paint? Would the primer color stick through? I guess the more coats you add the less chance the primer would show.

You want to PD a cats feet. I want to PD a kids face for a mask. Interesting.

Shouldn't be a issue. Grey self etching primer works great and seems to cover easily.

Okay. All I have been able to find is grey and a brown, red, brick kind of color. I'll have to keep looking or just get the grey primer.

Not even half a can. I didn't prime either I just washed with dish soap and water and used krylon fusion for plastics. I've used it a few times and haven't had a problem yet.

A few mods here and there and counting....
This. Personally, they stick out like a sore thumb. No longer blending in w the bed. A for effort.

Didn't paint but had my bed handcuffs chrome-plated - does that count?

I wouldn't want the cat nipping at the dip. PD socks for cats would be better.
