 You HAVE been busy!! Old vine Zin is one of my current favorites these days (it changes with the wind). How in the world did you get your hands on ice wine grapes??

Great...now I'm thirsty. It's only lunchtime and already I'm thinking of what bottle I'll open tonight. :D

I use kits from the RJ Spagnols company. Any local brew store can get them. I've done the Cellar classic and the Cru Select versions of the Ice Wine and am thinking I prefer the Cellar Classic version. Spangnols contracts for pressed juice from different vineyards around the world and then formulates the kits to produce fantastic wines. They even include oak chips to add to the fermenter for styles like that French Merlot which would be normally be aged in wood.

I know...I'll get on here later and make up some lost time.

don't call my wife a vampire! I knew that she wasn't going to be around the next day, so I said screw it, let me at the garlic. I don't even like crawfish. I go there strictly for the fixins.

I've got other friends that don't like crawdaddies, and they are way more coon-asserific than I.

I used to like raw oysters until I found out that they bathe in hepatitis juices. Bring on some hog head cheese though and I'll be happy.
