    I have always used a fruit juice or coke when I do it. Apple juice gives it the best flavor in my opinion. Coke is good for other things. I just put some baked beans on there now too to smoke the next 4 hours with it. Once the pork comes off to rest, the corn on the cob will go on to burn in the husk.
