I think it would be cool if you all could come up with an essential First Aid type go bag to keep in your truck. I know you can buy First Aid kits etc. But you all should have a better idea from experience of what would be some good things for us to carry. Maybe even when listing items also list potential uses.
More or less a run down for everybody interested in being a little more prepared.
    Pictures would be good too.

Abdo pads, lots of triangulars, good scissors, alcohol wipes, gloves, more gloves. Random assortment of meds (Benadryl, ASA, Tylenol, Childrens Tylenol, Ibuprofin, Tums, Pepto.)

With that you can pretty much handle 99% of anything before getting medical assistance.

A question for you medical professionals, my stomach has been sore for the last 2 days, no real diet change and it hurts all across the front (from about 10:00 to 1:00) of my stomach, and it usually hurts more when i bend/lean over.

Any thoughts or things to look for?

 if it got serious (right now it's just annoying) then i'd definitely be going to my doctor.

laying on my back makes it feel better, but when i sleep on my side it still hurts.
If i don't breath deeply it doesn't really bother me, but if i yawn or sigh it makes it hurt.
Nope, i've just kept my daily routine and dealt with it.
    Thanks, will do.

I could've gotten bitten by a spider (i was moving some shower doors for my grandpa), but i don't think i did, and i haven't run into any bugs around the house lately (except a bunch of house flies).

You start getting sweaty and the pain worse, head to the ER pronto.
However, you said it's positional? Don't think that's a case of getting bitten then.

Might just have some wicked gas.
