Speaking of you Timmy.. I'm drinking a vanilla java porter by atwater brewery. Its pretty good but conflicting tastes lol

 

Lol I wouldn't usually either but I had a double chocolate stout at an english pub and it was probably the best beer I've ever had so I thought I'd try this. It was at GE for the make your own 6 pack so I picked one up. Not too bad but it tastes like a vanilla bean coffee at first then a smooth beer after.

Traeger. Smoking at 250 right now. Has probably another 2 hours. Looks like I may need to get more pellets for my next use.

Its a little tall but yeah I like it lol and it was free for her. Parents got her that among other things for christmas

so what exactly did you do to it other than smoke it?

 

Soaked for 6hrs. Personal pork rub for 24hrs. Put on the traeger for 11hrs with an apple flavor smoke. 3hrs on 210 spraying with apple cider vinegar and worces sauce. After 3 hrs I put in the tin with Apple juice for another 8 hours at 270 until the bone was free spinning inside.
