    Escalated to a claim as of 5 minutes ago. The bad part is I have to wait 20 days for him to respond before paypal will move it further from this point. I hate to do it as I always to to be fair and anyone that buys from me I always keep communication with them no matter what until they recieve their stuff. And most cases follow up a week or two later to make sure they're still happy. Guess some people are just ridiculous

    Paypal closed the case and I recieved a full refund. Seller stated he was in costa Rica unexpectedly and sorry I couldn't wait for my free box.

    The time he spent online on 8/16/2013 he could have explained that but chose not to. So I feel no sympathy in filing the claim. If you say you're going to do something its simple. Just do it.
