Has anyone had bad sagging using OME884 coils on their regular cabs?

I have 884's on my DCSB and I'm seeing 2.5" of lift. Had this setup for 5000 miles no issues.

I have had mine for about 2000 miles and noticed a lot of sagging. Only got around 2 inches of lift on my regular cab. No added weight. I have a 2inch AAL and will probably go with the 885 or preload my bilsteins to .85. Want to be close to 3 inches as I can

A bit off topic, but if the coils sag, does that degrade the handling?

How much did they sag ? With the 884's if I understand it correctly you only get 2 to 2 1/2 of lift.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
2" isn't a bad place to be. The cheapest and easiest fix would be to get the 1/4" TP spacer from wheelers which you can slap in and regain 1/2" of lift.

How much should they settle? I am installing 883x on the 5100"s set at 0. On a DCSB prerunner.

So are you saying you got 3.5" in the beginning or now you're down to only 1/2" of lift? You said you got 2" of lift....is that now or in the beginning? If you settled at 2" of lift, that is a normal amount of lift. 3.5" in the beginning sounds like something wasn't sitting right.

I got right around 3.25 inches of lift. I knew it was going to settle a little bit bit I wasn't ready for that's much settle. I thought I was going to be around 2.75 inches of lift. Wasn't ready for only 2 inches of lift.

Add 1/4" top plate spacers on each side , that will gain you back 1/2" of lift and will work with the stock studs

OME really only claims you'll get 2" of lift. Most of us see more. I got a bit less than 2.5" with 885s on my DCLB 4x4, so 2" isn't horrible. I'd keep an eye on it to see if it keeps settling though. Maybe you got some bad springs. You could always try talking to whoever sold you the springs and see if they'll send you a new set.

Holy sh**, this is kind of scary, I'll be measuring mine, but this has to be an extreme case.
I've heard of settling so ill be doing the 1/4 top spacer or even the 10mm ome spacer.

Ooh yeah, that's a good thought. Op if you measured right after taking it off the jacks without driving it around, that wasn't a good measurement.
