I will when I get everything installed. But I did this in my scrap headlight on Sunday and it look very nice. Not as bright, but still very noticeable.

 

Passed my state exam! Finally!

 

After a week I got it delivery

 

Any recommendations for putting the headlights back together? Just anything that might make life a little easier? What temp for the oven and how long? If not I will check that thread, but figured I would just throw this out there. Putting them back together tonight (well that's the plan at least).

 

When I did my I preheat the oven 325 turn it off and put the headlight for 8 min

Edit: figured it out, I was looking at it wrong.

 

Put a small bead of windshield sealer (1/4 in. round) on top of whats already there.No more then the 1/4 bead it will get on everything. Wet cardboard on rack, heat to 250 turn off,,10 min.in oven ... sit it your lap push down with both hands for 1 min then put in the screws in by hand , they are small and ez to strip when the plastic is hot.keep pushing down with your free hand as the screws are going in..

 

One down, one to go.

Though I almost burned down my house. I forgot to take out the cardboard after the first one when I preheated for the second one. Wifey isn't too happy how our house smells right now. All the windows are open trying to air it out.

Anyone in Tally know a good place that I can install my extended rear swaybar links/get an alignment/fix my steering? I'll be down there the 14th and would rather have someone trustworthy work on my vehicle than any of the scumbags here. And yes I know its an easy job for the links but I literally have 0 tools. Also if anyone knows a good welder that could weld on the sliders I may be picking up soon that'd be great. I know there is a welding school in Thomasville so there should be someone around. Thanks in advance. Vehicle info is in the thing under my name btw.

So I had a lady flash her high beams at me on the way to work this morning. I think she felt I cut her off but I know I didn't. So we both got of at the same exit, I got behind her and lit up the back of her vehicle till the light turned green. I don't think she enjoyed that too much. Saw her trying to avoid her mirrors. What a great way to start the day.

Weighed in the truck today, and was surprised to see it tipping the scales at 4100 lbs... I guess I thought my curb weight was more like 3500 lbs.
