We can bring our own! When did we ever meet without food?

If we bring or handle food ourselves I'm pretty sure I can take care of parking for us. But I really don;t know how to go about food, I was told they don't want us doing our own thing because if we do that why not just go elsewhere? I'm pretty sure as a group we'd get along and enjoy the other festivities and cars

Well we don't want to barge in on anyone's plans so maybe at your meeting you can mention us and then tell them that we can supply our own food. If we are the largest group it would be unfair to take a large amount of food.

Please reassure them that we will of course be respectful (I know that most of the car show circuit is concerned about burnouts and such - granted we CAN'T do that in trucks LOL), we will clean up after ourselves and if it is a requirement we will bring our own rags to put under the cars (oil drips).

(~ Note: The above are usual car show rules..)

Just let us know what they say and from there we can plan. No pressure. :)

    AND...AND!!

If for any reason you and I are the only ones bringing CARS, we can park between the trucks! :D

I don't know what your talking about not being able to do a burn out in a truck... and my truck don't leak oil either. :p

Some car shows have burnout competitions as they leave, leaving burn marks half a block long on the streets.

And the leaking oil thing... Some of the cars will do that and leave marks on the parking lot. A lot of times they require a rag even if you don't leak.

I really don't think its that big. This is the first time this event has hosted cars. I heard the names of a few of the crews that are coming but the biggest thing that we're reserving for is a drift team

If the car show thing doesn't happen maybe some of you southbay guys can chime in? We need parking, preferably enough space where we can easily line up or group the trucks, we need access to good food and bathrooms. I like the Saturday idea the best, it's easier for folks to get to it.

I'm going up with my father in law and his cousins. We're probably going to keep it mild with the fire trails up there. We're really just going to camp, fish, BS etc. 9/27 - 9/29

    Electronic gurus...

My sub doesn't work at low volumes. At a medium volume it'll cut in and out. And when turned up, the sub works fine. Anyone know what it can be? I'm thinking a loose ground or connection somewhere?

I'm running the stock HU directly to a JL amp via high level input. It's worked great for a while now, just started to crap out on me at low volumes
