I might actually have stock of these for once. I have had them sold out before I could even get the parts in. I ordered a few extra sets this time around and will have them available tomorrow.

I shipped two more sets today

I installed my hub yesterday without any problems. I am glad I ordered from Kevin.

Parts arrived from Kevin with out problem. Shipped to Canada on the 3rd Aug and arrived at my door on the 12th, and no problem with Canada customs. Part was as described and works great. The only problem I had was when I installed it. The bearing was not fully pressed flush with Hub, not noticing at first I couldn't figure out why my calipers wouldn't fit back on. Because I didn't put truck in 4x4 before starting job, I had a hard time pressing bearing in the rest of the way. Finally put truck in 4x4 on "jack stands" tighten axle nut to compress hub/ bearing, fit caliper, then completed job as normal with a finishing torque of 174lbs.
    Thanks again Kevin.

Can't beat the deal. I ordered mine and paid a little extra to have it overnighted. Few hundred miles on the hub now with no issues!

I always clean out the spindle to make sure the bearing goes all the way in, once that inner seal fails a lot of crud gets in there

Glad your happy with them Mike :D

Thank you for the update Brian

I have had a few people ask if I grease the outer seal before pressing the flange into the hub. I certainly do, I just never mentioned or documented it in my OP. A dry seal against the flange would almost guarantee seal failure. I will add picture to the OP :D

I started out building these hubs as I received the orders, but as the volume built I started buying & building in bulk. After 6 weeks of buying in bulk from my vendor, I have managed to get a few of the parts in the 4x4 assembly's & one part in the 4x2 assembly at an even better price! This means I can reflect the savings on the total price of the assembly's :woot:

I have adjusted both prices in the OP :D

I would like to get one but should I change both anywhere just to be on the safe side? I thought there were two seals, one inner and one outer. Not sure. How do I get them from you and do you take paypal? This would be for an 05 tacoma sr5 trd sport 4x4.

Went in super easy. So much easier than trying to press the old one apart!
