So if I have 17x9" rims with -12 offset, what is my backspacing? Trying to determine if I can run Maxtracs.

 

4.5 backspacing.

And yes, they're frikken huge.

 

So I'm getting tax return money (yes I filed super late don't judge me) and can't decide what to get. Its ~$1000. So my original plan was Wet Okoles from the current GB and a nice set of 3" FX-R 3.0 retros and still have a little left over. But now I'm debating working on my lift. I want Maxtrac spindles up front and either OME or AllPro leafs rear. With that money I can afford 1 or the other. Problem with the lift is I'll still need extended brake lines and install, and my rear 5100's are too short so I'll have no up travel until I upgrade to ICONs later down the road. I also have 265's which I'm worried might look too tiny with 4" lift. So I'm lost so many options and so little money

FWIW Anthony, Dakars -1 overload looks decent and extended brake lines aren't needed right away. I would still get them asap but ive drooped out and still have a bit of room with the lines. Of course, I don't mob dez but I have SS lines sitting in my garage waiting to be put on. That's with dakars -1 overload and extended 5100s.

 

With me driving to LA everyday I might just put my ATs on my other set of Sport wheels and swap wheels when I.....wheel.

Thanks. But what about the stock length 5100 in rear? That won't work right? Will Dakars be level with Maxtracs?

 

awesome! now all you need is at least a rear locker and you can start tagging along and do some of the trails that i do..and not always having an excuse like cough cough manwithoutaplan whenever i invite him along
