I think they mean "Regulations in California". I guess I'm just not sure what they're preventing if you can buy 4 quarts of something (not plasti-dip). And pay for 4x the packaging too.

That works for me, I am in Los Gatos right next to SJ. Most park entrance fees aren't that bad, well worth the room and opportunity to hang out.

 

And there's always Vasona Park too. That's right off of 17. Has a huge lake and some nice, out of the way, spots to hang out.

 

I have too many subbed threads but OKAY!

Vasona is nice, the south side has a decent sized parking lot when it's not packed with families.
