How comfortable are the TRD Sport Seats?

I test drove a Taco 2WD Sport Pre-runner DC yesterday. It felt to me as if maybe the seats were soft with little support. Am I wrong? What does everyone think about the comfort level and durability of these seats?

 

I think that these seats are actually very firm and supportive, especially with the lumbar support they have. It really helps staying comfortable on long drives. I drove my moms 04 tundra the other day and it felt like I was falling into a plush couch

 

Love 'em==No complaints at all.

 

Comfort is great for me. The bottom and back material doesn't seem very tough, but only time will tell.

 

I like em. I sat in a tacoma without them, and could defiantly tell the difference. The base seats blow.

 

I love'm, and slap on some wet okole's and its even better!

Yeah....I love mine. And all fabric wears out- +1 for whoever said WO seat covers.

 

I've got no complaints. I have driven across the country twice from Southern California to South Florida and back. The lumbar support is def a bonus. As for the wear only time will tell plus I keep seat covers on mine. The light Color shows dirt or grease or mud really easy. Gotta keep em covered like a jimmy hat.

 

The seating position is maybe an inch too low, necessitating that you crank the lumbar support way up to max (unless you have poor posture). Other than that, the ergonomics of the Tacoma are pretty good.

 

Only annoying thing is, for us taller people... the steering wheel doesn't go very high at all. :/

But, the seats are very comfy.

 

Wanna feel soft, try the standard seats

 

I think they're pretty comfy, more comfy than my G35 was. Drove from Phoenix to Portland OR recently over 3 days taking PCH (hwy 1) the whole way.... no complaints. Also I gotta say I'm impressed with the TRD OR's handling in the twisties for a truck.... hell of a lot better than I anticipated it would be.

 

I'm pretty sure the Sport seats are the same as the OR package, correct me if I'm wrong.

My seats are a bit uncomfortable. I'm currently riding on 3 coushins for proper support.

 

TRD seats are A WHOLE bunch better than BMW 3-Series and X3 seats.

In the Bimmers it feels like you sitting on on concrete

 

I love the seats in my truck. I'm 6'2 210 and they're very comfortable to me. I hate the seats in my wife's Equinox. The cushions are to short, I feel like I'm constantly falling out of the seat.

 

I'm very pleased with the looks and comfort. I don't even want to cover these seats up

 

09 TRD OR seats, seem very comfy after 3000 miles, only time will tell on the wear. I am 6'6'' 200 lbs, and I was worried about comfort, so far it is great. Even if it is uncomfortable, I will never sell my TACO!

 

The TRD seats are by far the comfiest seats i have sat in. I've driven a Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW all with leather, seat warmers/coolers, and power and whenever i jump back into my TRD seat straight kush!
