    The better coast
My right keg dominates during squat for some reason. But when I do one legged squats it seems pretty even with the other one :notsure:

couldn't help myself this weekend...figured it was a 3 day weekend and i needed a project, so i went to Tractor Supply picked up some stall mats and then went to Home Depot and got some wood and turf. Now that i got the hard part done all i got to do is add the weights now :D been looking around and already know what i want to get just got to wait a few months till the funds are there to waist on it  going to go all Rouge equipment and than Pendlay bumper plates because there quite a bit cheaper. Incase anyone is wondering the area is 16 feet long & 10 feet wide not including the turf which is an additional about 6x6, and it totaled me only about $400 bucks...and yes I'm going to take all the gardening tools off the wall lol

I always use my vibrams when I workout... so good for your body

As for your leg being sore.... We have dominate muscles in our legs, just like one of our arms will always be "stronger" ... when you balance weight on your squats kinda feel around where you think both legs are holding the same weight and start there... I always have to do that because of injuries and what not

some of this info is just like what TeamSarcasm said too.. good stuff

Happy to report my whole milk shakes twice a day are working, yesterday I was able to put up 225 on the bench, something I haven't ever been able to do, and today on my bent over rows I was able to do 115 for 8 reps, which is also better than normal. Lat pulldowns are up to 150 for 6 which is a huge improvement. Not sure how much I weigh, but my strenth is going up, so I'm thrilled.

The power of dairy, my friend. I'm drinking a whole milk shake right now, as a matter of fact.

I'm doing chest tomorrow and am going for 280, so if y'all don't hear from me after this, I may have taken a trip to snap city lol. The most I've ever benched was 175, about 2 months ago, but I've since cycled of creatine to shed some water weight and my strength went down a little and I'm at 270

Gotta say that running backwards on a treadmill or using a machine in a manner it was not intended isn't necessarily the brightest thing to do.

But uh...its just liking walking backwards...on the ground or upstairs.

What about doing suicide squats on a smith machine?

no it was kind of a freak accident i somehow hurt my back during a set of squats, and kept having back spasm after that, and had one while i was sitting down on a chair and fell, thought i had a slipped disc but doc said it was just wrong place and wrong time i had my spasming and my own body weight tore my muscle while i was falling.

I don't understand the love affair between women and cardio machines, especially the stair master. Yes, it burns, but the ROM is so minimal that you're going to have to spend 30+ min on the thing. I'd rather do box jumps, hit the squat rack, and do weighted lunges and be done with it in less time.

I do legs once a week, but I only do squats and dead lifts every now and then b/c I'm afraid of visiting snap city. I do them probably 1-2 times a month...very sissy-like of me but better than getting hurt. Their are plenty of leg exercises that can be done without those, although they're great exercises

I've been a bitch this week. I just stared school back (Go GSU Panthers lol) and have been busy. I made it in the gym twice this week. Yesterday, I did chest, tri's, and shoulders and today I did back, bi's, legs, abs, and calves. I'm gonna be worthless tomorrow.
