So I am really curious about this,

I have searched both TW and Google Images for a real good picture of the regular or I guess SR5 bucket seats in the 05-08 Tacomas,

I have a 2013 RC with buckets and like the idea of factory covers, I know I have side airbags but putting that aside since my seats are not SR5 nor TRD but a base bucket seat, can someone confirm that the SR5 buckets had lumbar,

Or does anyone have a good picture of their SR5 seat that I can compare to my picture,

    Thanks ahead,

I know and have had WO covers, I love the quality but can't stand the added heat, and the padding is a little thick for me, I am currently in on the GB but may resign that and try the OEM ones. I also like the fact of keeping my "table" on my pass seat usable. As I use it quite often...

I think that if you have lumbar, there will be a round plastic knob on the side that you can use to adjust it. No knob, no lumbar. But I hope someone else can confirm this.

My '05 Prerunner SR5 has lumbar.
Eazyrider711 is correct about the knob.

So since I have no lumbar, could the OEM covers work, it's just something else not in the way right?

I don't think the covers are any different with lumbar or without.

Could you post a pic or send me one of your drivers seat, kind of the same profile I took of mine, of the side bolsters and the head rest. If they look similar I might try them,

My concern is that they are pretty snug covers, so if the lines and profiles of the seat are vastly different they won't fit, out at least they won't secure really well.

Thanks for the help on this,

FWIW I found out how the seat back table clips in, two clips from the bottom, and is lifts and pulls down or towards the rear of the vehicle,

I even found a sticker in there, What the?

I up graded to the TRD seat recently. They still have lumbar and shouldn't make a difference with what you are doing. I believe the only differences in the TRD seat vs. my stock SR5 is the foam compound and shape of the foam. I'll try to get you a pic soon.

Pretty much, yeah... Thanks for the pics,
if you could do it all over again would you have gotten them?

They really look like they would fit,

However without seeing some seats that have no covers on them to compare the side bolsters I don't want to gamble with the 150 plus they run,

Also I think I have seen a big difference in the head rest covers.

Yeah, I would buy them again. The only problem I have is that the plastic material in the center makes everything really sweaty. They were kind of a bitch to install, but they fit well now.
So you just want to know if they will fit your seats? They look to be contoured exactly the same, so I don't see why they shouldn't.
