Ok, that's sort of what I was thinking then. I'm ok with a little rake, I just don't want to over-stress components.

I rode around on stock springs with my arb and it wasn't horrible.
Otherwise Chiveon wants my UCAs, I'll sell you my OME coil overs and rear shocks cheap.
    Made for ARB.

Canada Olympic Park is in Calgary and that is a good place to start if you are looking to see some of the Olympic sites. Here you will find the bobsleigh track made famous by the Jamaican Bobsled team as well as the ski jumps where Eddie the Eagle once flew.

Canmore as suggested was the site of the cross country events and is a world class facility where many of Canada's top athletes still train year round.

Lake Louise is always nice to visit and has some spectacular views of the mountains and always great pictures from Moraine Lake. Other famous pictures have been taken at Peyto Lake, Maligne Lake and one of my favorite places Bow Lake (it's my avatar;)) The Columbia Icefields are always a favorite of out of country travelers.

Those are a few ideas off the top of my head.

Wishing you a safe and great trip and looking forward to any pictures you take and hearing about your trip.

I couldn't agree more with everything just posted!

I would also recommend going to Frank's Slide in South West Alberta, it's creepy but beautiful. Also driving highway 22 has a lot better views heading North than #2.

Also check out the big rock (forgot the name) outside Okotoks, floated to where it is from Jasper Mountain.

    Hope you enjoy your trip.

    Cheers,

22 is far far more gorgeous. Watch for various wild life though. And retards. It's hunting season so there's bow hunters out there now, but the Rut is coming up, and soon male everything will be chasing anything with a warm hole that doesn't move fast enough.

The Frank Slide is incredible. I'm a Geologist, and that was a case study in school. When I moved out here last year, it was one of the first places I visited. Incredible, and very very haunting.

Have you explored the mountains of Crowsnest Pass in your truck? There are a ton of trails and for a geologist there is a ton of cool things too see.

Not in the truck, no. I've done a couple of the hikes, and the Turtle Mountain scramble with some buddies though. Amazing area.

You are absolutely correct Sir James, but I have the kids this weekend. :( (Not that I'm complaining having them, just that I would have totally said yes to this weekend had I been all by my lonesome. I'm dying to try the LT on more than just pot holes.)
