If you want something good but dont want to spend a ton of cash, look into Macanudo, Romeo Y Julieta or Arturo Fuente. Go for natural wrappers instead of maduro's unless you and your guys like a really spicy bold cigar.

Day 46ish since breaking the juice fast check-in:

    Starting Weight: 290.8
    Current Weight: 259.4
    Previous Weight: 261.0
    Lost since yesterday: 1.6
    Total Weight lost: 31.4
    Lost since fast: 8.0

I haven't done an update for a while but today marked two milestones in my progress so I thought I would post an update for those following. I finally broke into the 30lb's for lost weight and into the 250's for total weight. It's been smaller amounts of progress since the juice fast (I lost less than 4lbs the entire month of August) and some days I'm a little heavier and some days a little lower. The weight loss is a lot more typical now than it was on a juice fast where not every day is a homerun but if you stick to the plan it works in the long term. I'm still sticking with my healthier eating and still don't have cravings for the awful types of food that I used to. Hopefully I just keep on this path and keep shedding pounds. Unlike during the time I did the juice fast I've had more time to take it all in now and it's weird to think that I was nearly 300lbs just a few months ago.

Strong work OST!! I've been back in the gym lately after my back issues. And a bunch of other excuses that are meaningless. :)

Nice work Ost! Takes a lot of dedication. I've been getting into the gym and doing more workouts as well.

My family and our employees in the Springs have been teaming up and doing the incline also.

I like the gym, the hard part is my hobbies hurting me. Then I don't want to do any more damage.
I eat cheese cakes and I love it...... Wish I could get sexy eating cheese cake. :(

Cheese cake mmm...wish that was possible too lol. I'm pretty lucky in that I have a pretty nice figure naturally right now but I don't want it catching up to me.

I also edited my last post lol

Ride alongs are one of my favorite past times. Amanda (and I think me too) are going on one next weekend in fact.

There's not enough bandwidth for what's happening.
Did the Incline last night for the first time in several weeks (concentrating more on running mileage on Barr trail and road runs).

The condition of that thing has changed significantly since earlier this year. It's a mess.
