If your installing an AAL, just clean any girt of dirt (etc.) off of the pads on your springs when you separate them, then lube them up with some adequate grease or whatever.

Just wondering. I got the same for the front right now and all stock in the rear. Eibachs are chilling in my back seat with rear 5125s with 9" of travel. Now just waiting on OMD springs

You pulled up next to me that one day and it just seemed like your truck was a hell of a lot taller.

Also, does anyone want to regear my truck for free to some 4.10s? I miss having that 8.7 0-60, now its 10:(

2nd Gens.... Do all the rest of you w/ or w/o the TSB springs have basically flat leaf springs in the rear. I came from an f150 with a 2.5" AAL in the back. I never flattened out my springs until I started towing a 24' trailer that was a hair over 11,000 lbs. Yes, overloaded, but that's my point. My tacoma looks overloaded sitting in the parking lot with just an undercover tonneau. I'm thinking about buying a short pro colo AAL so it'll be stiffer, or just braking the bank and getting the OME rear leaf set. Any thoughts?

Toyo leafs suck, even the TSB leaf doesn't help much. OMD 4WD Leaf Spring Refurbishing would do as well, and not cost that much.
