Bringing it up again...

So last year I tried to get the ball rolling on a TacomaWorld calendar. Didn't happen, so I'm gonna start beating the drum early this year. So my thinking is that somebody should design a calendar with photos of members trucks. Could be one truck or several per month. Could even use the trucks that won the "coolest truck poll" contests I saw going on a while back. I really want someone to make this happen!!!

Well, whoever designed it could make the profit, I'm not laying any claim to intellectual property here. Or it could be donated to OHV trail service maintenance. I don't know, it's really open to interpretation

No profits need to be made? Just pay the cost that it takes to make the calendar in the first place. Or we can charge a little extra and donate the proceeds to something like the ohv trails mentioned above

 

Yep, sounds good to me. I was kinda wanting this to be a team thing, not just one person working on it. Great input Forster!

 

Maybe we can find some kind of calendar template in Google Docs? Or someone could design it too. I think it'd be cool to have something for everyone, so have at least one or more months featuring "street" Tacomas, could maybe even do a trail carnage or stuck picture for one month... Do some long travel dune builds, expo rigs, rock crawlers, etc. I'm just thinking aloud here.

Could do that. Judging the degree that a truck is modified to is kinda subjective though.

 

So I just looked up a calendar printing company, and this is a very loose estimate, but if 250 of them were ordered, they'd cost about 10 bucks a pop shipped. Doesn't seem too bad...

My wife makes calendars on walgreens every year for Christmas for family. I'm picking her brain, but sounds like it might kind of be a pain to go that route.
