    De-badged, Tint 20%, Blue 48 LED dome-light, .......
    This came on Almost the exact time for me to get a oil change.

    Do the techs program the Check engine light to come on when its time to go in for a oil change.

    Or is this something else to be worried about?

    Is it the "check engine light", or the "maint required" light. If it's the check engine light, it's not because you need an oil change; that's what the "maint required" light is for. Did you just buy gas? if the cap isn't on all the way, the check engine light will come on.

    It looks like you are under warranty still Neon. If it is the CEL then head straight to the dealer and let them worry about it.

    Yep, it blinks when you get close to 5k and then it stays on after 5k.
