    Just work harder than the next person.. I know how it is with the budget.. I didn't get my raise this year because my boss slacks off and takes forever to do the paper work. But I'm not gonna take a break and say "fuck it ill never get the raise." Ill continue to work hard and hopefully by next semester ill get one

    you also got to keep in mind you only have a high school degree your going to have to work alot harder to make big bucks. even wawa wants a degree first. you will bust your ass in a retail but considering where you are in life you shouldn't be so fast to look past moving up in your current job just because you think the high ranking jobs dont pay well enough.

    future jobs don't want to hear you pumped gas for x years and never moved up. hell you think i liked working at macys? it sucked but i busted my ass and set records that store had never seen ( and never will see again lol). thats what better places want to see. nows the time were you put in your time and chase every opportunity that crosses your path and don't sell your self short.
