Will the mj funeral lead to riots? I just heard on the radio how LA was ramping up and wanted some cash for the expenses.

If there are riots, that just goes to show the sad state of affairs in the US.

The state of California is taking $2.5 Milion to ramp up security for the funeral. That $2.5 mill is coming from the overtime fund for the police officers for the whole year. They should make somebody else pay for it, instead of taking money away from the PO's overtime fund.

They should sell tickets for security. Or just have some officers for traffic and a handfull of sniper teams. You could get by with far less manpower. You can tell folks times are tough and in the interest of saving money we have liberalized the use of deadly force all the way down to jaywalking. Problem solved.

Throughout all this shit, I am amazed that MJ's death has received more coverage than a President dying. That is absolutely ridiculous...
