Just to be certain there is no confusion...

This is going into my Land Cruiser, not my Tacoma.

Well... that'd be good, I'm hoping to have it done in under a year. :D

I really have nothing worthwhile to post... I'm just antsy.

    It's mocking me.

Nope, I go back for nights Thursday night. Then I won't really have days off for like 2 weeks.

It's still in Reno anyway though. And I need to buy my own hoist. And I'm trying to borrow a 220 wirefeed from Jason. If my roommate doesn't buy one, he wants to but he's slow about getting shit done.

Yeah I've been a couple different ways.

Once through diamond valley and through some pass that spits you out just on this side of Bald. Once through strawberry and newark valley and then straight until you intersect the bald rd. Then twice through bald.

Then once back via harrison, got extremely lost and spit out just on the ely side of pancake summit.

I actually came through Bald this time too, it'd been raining a lot, it was dark, it was extremely muddy and slick, lots of fun. Glad I had the lightforces and lightbar.

Truck was absolutely plastered, just washed it today. Tires are getting extremely tore up though lol.

Make a new build thread already!
You have a 220 outlet remotely close to where you'll be working on the truck?

I'll make a build thread when I actually have something reasonable to post.

You hit all the routes I would have suggested. You can also go through overland pass south of Harrison. And I have heard you can hit ely through long canyon.

This one? If so...I gotcha covered. Even got a 35' extension cord I made.

In regards to front 3 link... I was thinking of pretty well copying this guy, but with a 60.

I was thinking of copying link length, rough placement, as well as using the Johnny Joints.

Are his links a little short though? Looks like they could be longer?

    http://actionjackson.com/cruiser/mods/20060110.asp

The Barnes Enduro joints look good too though.
