I had mine inspected in May and had spacers. Had no issues, nor no mention of issues with 'em.

Spacer lifts won't get you passed inspection? What about a DB lift? B&C installs 20" DB lifts on a daily basis (looks like shit IMO) but I don't think the customers have problems getting them inspected.

Inspection shops care about spacers? How the hell would they see them in the first place. However, I know tire shops are hit or miss when it comes to messing with your tires/wheels if you have them on. Took quite a bit of convincing to get Discount Tire to put new tires on my old Silverado because it had spacers.

Interesting, I had a new set of tires put on by Discount tire about a month ago. I specifically asked them if they had any issues with wheel spacers, given I'd heard what you said, and they said they have no problems with bolt-on wheel spacers. They won't work with the non-bolt-on spacers though. "Supposedly" they also torque the spacers down whenever they take a wheel off.

I had the bolt on spacers and the guy didn't want to mess with my truck. I remember him telling me that it was a liability Issue blah blah blah. I told him that since three out of four wheels were already off the GD truck he might as well finish the job as he would have to put the fucking wheels back on regardless.

    Idiot.

Or 3rd/5th Ward, Denver Harbor, La Marque, Texas Shitty, west Pearland...

    A stock hood + $$? No thx.
