I'm new to AZ and will be getting some new tires. Whats everyone's recommendation for a good aggressive offroad tire for the AZ terrain?

I'm leaning towards a 275/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R Kevlar because I can get a killer deal through a friend. I can also get a good deal on some BFG AT's.

Whats your thoughts on the best AZ offroad tire?

I've been happy with my NTGs also. 40k miles on them so far and still have tread left.

I run Toyo MTs in the desert with great results. Strong tire with 3-ply sidewalls and aggressive tread that IMO also rides nice on the highway.

I love my BFG AT. There is not much mud and the few times I've found myself in mud or snow, the ATs have never failed me.

depends on the user, but I would expect nothing less than 40k even with off road abuse. I have sets on my Tacoma and 4Runner both are wearing awesome. Just put a set on the Old Mans SuperDuty as well.

I dont have much first hand experience with the ATMs. Their MT is a solid tire for the price tho, very well reviewed and a few buddies have had good luck with them out here.
