What's the world coming to, grunting on a tricep... I hardly ever grunt no matter how heavy, guess I am different. Only exercise I grunt on is usually deadlift, and at that, hardly ever. :notsure:

I disagree. Strength = size. Being able to pull more will help stimulate those fibers

Anyone ever tried any mass gainers? Are they worth the money? I'm about to order some more protein/preworkout and was thinkin about adding a mass gainer with it...trying to gain some weight since I can't get over the 150 lb plateau.

I don't have a set diet. I eat what I can when I can. On the go a lot. That's why I was thinkin about a mass gainer. Quick and easy 1300 calorie shake for breakfast I eat A LOT of peanut butter sandwiches. A lot of chicken on the George Foreman (got a buddy that works at a achicken plant, got me 40 lbs of chicken breasts for $60). Depending on what's goin on that day/how much time I have, I usuaully end up eating 2500-3000 calories a day.

Yea I've been at 145-150 for like 4 or 5 years. Figured I'd end up losing weight when I got back in the gym, but I haven't gained or lost since I got back in it 4 months ago...so at least I haven't lost any.

    The better coast
I had a football teammate in highschool who would lotion his hands after a workout. Seemed to help rough out the edges for the ladies according to him.

Id definitely listen to what Sean has to say. He'll get you where you want to be
Fuck I worked construction this summer with no gloves most the time and got mad blisters which turned into callouses and my hands were rough as shit. Glad my girl didn't care. Not much I could do at the time:rolleyes: (didn't do anything that really 'required' gloves; it was easier to work without)

Yeah How tall are you, how often do you workout, how do you workout, and give us a day of how many calories you eat

your calorie intake depends on age height and workouts...

those should always be a stapple

yes it is haha... your callus hands are your trophies brother!
