Also...not a Tacoma but still an awesome looking truck that I figured you guys could appreciate. These were my camp neighbors up in Glacier NP this last weekend. I strategically picked the spot just after them hoping that their rig would divert some of the attention away from the RTT...didn't work too well

Now that's a serious camping rig right there! Love seeing old beauts like that all cleaned up and still functioning. Thanks for snapping this pic and posting up!

It was pretty cool. The guy was sort of taken aback when I asked if it was a '52 or '53. It was a '52  I like old Chevys...what can I say?

This was my camp...the Chevy is hidden behind my RTT

Awesome rainbow/scenery shot! I bet they were surprised when you asked them about the year. Not many folks pay attention to old rigs nowadays and even fewer can actually identify them. I clued a buddy of mine in AK to your pic of the Chev and he flipped over it too.

Recent camping trip with my youngest. Big Sur, CA. Great weekend. We prefer dispersed camping but not a lot of that close to Bay Area.

They let me hang out in here :notsure:

I pay attention  Well to most things...that morning it had been raining and I was trying to make some coffee when I heard someone walking by mention the rainbow. I turned around and that was the first I had even noticed that clouds had receded a bit. I immediately abandoned my coffee to grab a few quick pics. Guess I wasn't totally awake yet.

Two Medicine Campground Site # 32, Glacier NP.... not really a secret.
I have tons of pictures from my trip, hopefully I can post more tonight. Really beautiful area (when its not raining). The campground is tucked at the base of these really steep mountains and there is a lake nearby too.

Camping at a friend's property near Vancouver. Oceanfront, 4x4 road access down a gnarly trail. First time 4x4ing in a manual. The Taco handled really well compared to my old Chev. Smoother ride likely due to the better suspension and longer WB, plus narrower track helps on the road in.

I have that tent.... it's awesome. There is a picture on my first one in a wash at the Bonneville Salt Flats. REI replaced it, no questions asked!

I like you chuck box, I built one just like it, except mine had doors that opened out with storage in the them for spices, paper towels and stuff like that. weighed a ton, but it is indestructible.

This was the first time setting up this new tent. My last one, the poles got bent beyond repair during a wind storm down at Red Rock Canyon State Park. Crazy wind!

I was very happy with the ease of set up and love the fly with the vestibule.

Love the kitchen box. I can lift on my own if I absolutely MUST. I have it on a hoist tray in my garage. I lower it down into my bed, slide it on and then slide off when done. Generally doesn't leave my bed once on the trip.

I like this kitchen box idea. Might have to make one of those.

I am not sure. Will have to look into this. I don't believe so.
