Hello TW peeps. I am a brand spanking new member and a new taco owner. So far I love this thing, but I have a couple questions.
I already have a shite 3" spacer lift that came with the truck. I just bought new 265/75/16 Bfg tko A/Ts and black FJ trail teams(smoking deal) and an arb bumper/ 8k lb warn winch with sinthetic line.
I am getting the ome 3" with either 885s or 886s and full leaf pack in the rear as soon as they are available again in Ca. that's one question. I want to get 1.25" spidertrax when I do the lift. Most of my off roading will be the adventure sort. I live most of the year in mainland Mexico and like to surf and camp as far off the beaten path as I can.

with the weight of the bumper/winch setup, what spring should I get?

next question is does any one have some pics of a similar tire size/wheel/lift/spidertrax setup? just interested in what it will look like.

I am feeling like I may have gone too small on the tires. It looks tits now. has to look even better with the spidertrax right?
Thanks in advance for any help. I have another month or so to outfit this thing before it becomes a permanent ex-pat...lol

Why do you feel you need 1.25" spacers with the 265s? I think you'll be fine with the 650# springs btw.

Sounds like the good life. Surf mainland and go wheeling. I would have gone 285's on a 3" lift no prob.

Thanks bro. It has it's moments. I was a little worried it wouldn't give me the full room to travel if I went that big. always taking speed bumps at 40mph by accident down there. plus I saved 4 bills on the smaller tires

I like the Idea of a wider wheel base for stability. not sure if I would really gain any extra stability. plus I thought it would look better with the fj wheels.
