    My wife has the M&P sport and i have a OR carbine. They are both fantastic rifles. Accurate, dependable, built to work everytime. I use an Eotech and love that i dont have a front sight post in my view all the time, i just added a flip up sight. My wife complains about hers. But you will have to have an optic if you go optics ready or back up sights.

    This is actually a really good starting point for me. I will use most of what you listed. I will get a 16-18" barrel though. May go with a different stripped upper as well. Thanks for making this post.
