yeah, i'd imagine you'd be able to sledge hammer it in a couple inches, and then imediately regret the decision lol

Yeah. All but a few inches at each end will be sleeved. Should handle all the areas where I would see my maximum bending moment under different loading conditions.

If I ever have problems its gonna be AL links :D

AL huh? getting all exotic up in herrrrr.

you using ballistic links? i can't remember.

i thought about sleveing the links on my trailer, but figured if i was in a situation that put that much force on that particular part, that the trailer had already been ropped off of my hitch.

Just DOM for now. If I go AL I would get them from either Branik or Ballistic.

Get all your tube adaptors from Ruffstuff. I got one set from ballistic and I don't care for them much. AND do spend the extra few bucks for the hex bungs too :D

x2, i learned that the hard way, and mine are only on 1.25'' tube. i can't imagine how much of a pain it would be to adjust without them on something your scale.

Pipe wrenches work great but mar the tube, creating stress risers, lol :D

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
damn, i litteraly just read the entire thread.

The whole damn thing looks great :)
