Okay where are you trying to be? What are you goals goals?

    For example:

    I'm 5'10", 169 lbs, around 13-15% BF --- I workout 5 days a week no cardio. I'm bulking soooo yeah

Im trying to bulk up to 180 by 31 DEC then Im going to cut for my contest prep slowly... losing a lb a week...

If you wanna get big you gotta eat a lot of calories... you're going to see BF% go up but eat big lift big get big..

also if you are in the gym any longer than an hour.. you're working against your bodies testosterone levels which are depleting during your workout

I'd like to get to 160-165, ideally. But, whatever. As long as I'm gettin stronger, I don't care that much to look like I'm not strong...then I just surprise everyone.

    I tried cytogainer

then it got too expensive; just ate more meals a day with a better/more consistent 3x protein shake regimen and it worked for me

Sounds like you're definitely an ectomorph body type... We gotta eat a lot.. high carb, and lift HEAVY... or else you wont see gains my fellow bro.. make sure youre eating/drinking a slow digesting carb before you go to bed... ie - cottage cheese or casein

Yea, figured I'd give a gainer a shot to start out with and see how it works. I went into college at 140 lbs, came out at 150 and gettin a little pudgy. Worked out there, but ate grilled cheese and frozen pizzas all the time.

I usually lift heavy. I've gone lighter this past month to switch things up. Start back to heavy next week. I drink Casein in whole milk (and sometimes some ice cream) before bed

I've seen some pretty good gains as far as muscle mass, I jsut wanna bulk up a little bit.

Iv been using the Cytogainer for like a year now and love it! i take the Cytosport Whey too and both taste super good in my opinion, i work at a bike shop that carries Cytosport products (who makes Cytogainer) so i would just call them up and order three or four 6pound tubs of the gainer and it only costed like $23 bucks each since id pay cost insted of like 65 so i loved it. But now the cost on the shit has slowly gone up to like $47 bucks now even though the MSRP has stayed the same and now im on my last tub :( i wana keep taking a gainer but its just to expensive for what you get, at almost $50 dollars for a 12# tub of Serious Mass that is only 16 servings doesn't seem worth it, paying like $3 bucks a serving is too much so think im gona cut gainer out from my diet, i just dont wana loose to much weight. I do alot of cardio but i would be nice to put on more weight so its tough. although I dont realy care too much if i cant put on weight as long as my PR's go up, too look bigger would just be a bonus lol but currently sitting at 5'10" 185# 7% BF goal weight is around 195 and stay around 7% body fat ideally...ignore any run-on sentences its late and im on my phone ha

I usually stay the fuck away from test shit but a friend of mine's been talking my ear off about it for a month, apparently BB.com has a lot of good reviews for it

If your under 25 don't bother with test booster's. Your body is at it's peak for test production, what you get from any DAA or Trib won't really do much. That said, Beast does make really good products. I'm taking their Lean Up and very happy with it.

do you usually take the recommended serving? I use serious mass but only 1 scoop.. spread it out over the month... Its a good way to start the day and still get 600+ cals and nutrients... just a suggestion (food should always be your main source to bulk)

try and stay away from sugars (other than natural)... just isnt good for the body. But casein is perfect for a bedtime snack

Of the gainer i was taking 8 scoops a day for awhile, 4 in the morning and 4 at night, they say there serving size is 4 or 2 scoops but done exceed 6 a day. Then i added the Cytosport 100% whey and took 2 scoops of that and a casine protein to take before bed so i dropped down to 4 scoops of gainer a day (2 in the AM and 2 with dinner) im gona switch to serious mass seems to be a better value.
